يستخرج زيت النعناع من أوراق النعناع وله رائحة المنثول الحادة لأنه يحتوي على مادة المنثول المنعشة ولونه يكون شفاف, أحيانا يميل إلى اللون الأصفر الفاتح جدا.

فوائد زيت النعناع

للشعر:
– إن تدليك فروة الرأس بـزيت النعناع يساعد على تسريع نمو شعر جديد.
– يساعد زيت النعناع على تقليل الزيوت التي تفرزها فروة الرأس و بالتالي فهو مفيد جدا للشعر الدهني.
– يساعد زيت النعناع على التخلص من قشرة الرأس و يمنع ظهورها مجددا.
– يعطي زيت النعناع إحساس بالإنتعاش عند وضعه على الشعر و فروة الرأس.

طرق إستخدام زيت النعناع للعناية بالشعر:
قبل أن أذكر بعض الطرق البسيطة لإضافة زيت النعناع إلى روتين العناية بالشعر أحذر من إستخدامه مباشرة على فروة الرأس و الشعر لأنه مركز جدا و قوي و أنصح بإستخدامه دائما مع زيوت ناقلة (زيت الزيتون, زيت الخروع, زيت الجوجوبا, زيت جوز الهند, زيت اللوز) أو مزجه مع الماء للإستفادة به بطريقة صحيحة.

إضافة زيت النعناع إلى الشامبو:
يمكنك إضافة زيت النعناع مباشرة إلى الشامبو كغيره من الزيوت الأساسية المفيدة للشعر. ضعي 3-4 قطرات من زيت النعناع داخل عبوة الشامبو و رجيها جيدا ثم إستخدميه لغسل شعرك كالمعتاد. يفظل اضافة قطرة من زيت النعناع إلى نصف كوب من الماء ثم أستخدم هذا الماء لتخفيف كمية الشامبو أثناء الإستحمام.

إضافة زيت النعناع إلى الماء:
يمكنك أيضا إضافة ثلاثة قطرات من زيت النعناع إلى كوب كبير من الماء و وضع السائل داخل قارورة بها بخاخ و رش فروة الرأس و الشعر بالسائل بعد غسل الشعر.

حمام زيت دافئ:
إمزجي ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت الزيتون مع ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت الخروع و قومي بتدفئة المزيج ثم أضيفي ثلاثة قطرات من زيت النعناع إلى المزيج و إستخدميه لعمل حمام زيت و ذلك بتوزيعه على كامل الشعر و تدليك فروة الرأس به بواسطة اطراف أصابعك بطريقة حركة دائرية ثم قومي بلف شعرك و تغطيته بفوطة لمدة 30 دقيقة و إغسلي شعرك جيدا بالشامبو بعدها و أضيفي البلسم على أطراف الشعر ثم أشطفيه و دعيه يجف قبل تصفيفه كالمعتاد.

تحذير: أنصح بتجربة زيت النعناع على جزء صغير من الجلد قبل إستخدامه على فروة الرأس و الشعر للتأكد من أنك لا تعانين من حساسية وأنصح أيضا بإستشارة الطبيب للتأكد أن زيت النعناع مناسب لك.

كان الفول ينوب عن اللحوم في العصور القديمة، لكونه يحتوي على نسبة عالية من البروتين فقد يصل إلى 25 بالمائة، لكنه يفتقر لبعض الحمضيات الأمينية، ولذلك فتناوله مع الحبوب يمثل أكمل وجبة بالنسبة للبروتين كالقمح والرز والشعير. ويمتاز الفول بتركيبة غنية نجد على رأس المكونات بعض الأملاح المعدنية مثل الموليبدينيوم والكلسيوم والفوسفور والمنغنيز والنحاس، والفايتمينات ومنها حمض الفوليك والفايتمين C والفايتمين A، ويعتبر الفول الأخضر من المصادر الرئيسية لحمض الترايبطوفين، لكن نسبة الحديد تبقى منخفضة، وطبعا المكونات الغذائية الأخرى كالألياف والبروتين والسكريات. ويمتاز الفول بتركيبته الغنية بالفايتوستروجينات وهي المركبات التي تجعل من الفول خضرة ممتازة فيما يخص الضبط الهرموني.

ويحتوي الفول على النحاس، وحمض الفوليك وهي المركبات التي تساعد على ضبط السكر بالدم بالنسبة للمصابين بالسكري بنوعه، وتتحد الألياف مع الفايتسمين C التي تكون بنسبة عالية لما يستهلك الفول طريا، لتخفض نسبة الكوليستيرول، وهي الخاصية التي تجعل الفول يستهلك كبديل للحوم بالنسبة للمصابين بالسكري من النوعين. فالقاعدة العلمية التي تجعل الفول يخفض من الكوليستيرول في الدم تنبني على نسبة الألياف الخشبية وحمض المغنيزيوم والبيتاكاروتين من جهة وعلى كونه ينوب عن اللحوم من جهة أخرى من حيث يمكن التوقف كليا عن استهلاك اللحوم، وطبعا تحت هذه الشروط تنخفض نسبة الكوليستيرول، وبالنسبة للذين يعانون من السكري وفي نفس الوقت ارتفاع الكوليستيرول في الدم، فليس أحسن من التوقف عن اللحوم وتناول الفول، لأن مركب الموليبدنيوم مع النحاس يساعدان على ضبط تركيز السكر بالدم مع انخفاض الكوليستيرول تحت تأثير الألياف الخشبية والفايتمين C.

ويحتوي الفول الطري على مركبات التيرامين والفايسين والكونفايسين أن سكان حوض البحر الأبيض ولآيزوراميل وهي مركبات سامة تجعل الفول يمنع للذين يتناولون أدوية ضد التوتر العصبي، كما أن هناك أشخاص لا يتوفرون على أنزيمات لهضم الفول، ويعرف هذا الحادث بالفاولية Favism، وهي أنيميا انحلالية للدم haemolytic anaemia، وقد كان هذا الحادث في القديم في اليونان كما جاء وصفه، ويكثر في دول الشرق الأوسط.

إلا أن ما يميز الفول أنه يحتوي على مكون الدوبا L-Dopa ، وهو المكون الذي يستعمل للأشخاص المصابين بمرض باركنسن، وهناك أبحاث أجريت على دور الفول في الحد من آثار باركنسن باستهلاك 250 غرام من الفول يوميا، وتبين أن الأشخاص تحسنت حالتهم تماما كما لو تناولوا الأدوية الكيماوية.

ويحتوي الفول على مركبات الفايتوستيرول وهي مركبات هرمونية ثمينة جدا تساعد على ضبط كثير من الحوادث في الجسم خصوصا بالنسبة للنساء، وتلعب هذه الفايتوستيرولات دورا أساسيا في خفض الكوليستيرول الخبيث في الجسم وتحد من تضخم البروستيت عند الرجال كما تنشط الجهاز المناعي وهي الخاصية التي تقي الجسم من جملة من الأعراض.

طريقة تحضير القهوة بالشوكولا من المشروبات الدافئة واللذيذة.

المقادير القهوة بالشوكولا:

ملعقة صغيرة نسكافية
2 ملعقة كوفي ميت
قطعة شوكولا ” أي نوع “
كوب ماء مغلي
رشة قرفة
السكر حسب الرغبة

طريقة تحضير القهوة بالشوكولا:
1.قطعي الشوكولا إلى ثلاث قطع.
2.ضعي قطعة في كوب التقديم وضعي الباقي في إناء على النار مع الماء المغلي والنسكافيه والكوفي ميت والقرفة والسكر.
3.قلبيهم حتى تذوب الشيكولاتة ويتجانس الخليط عند الغليان.
4.ارفعيه من على النار وضعي القهوة في الأكواب وتقدم.

My Thoughts: I've been applying this to my damp hair after showering for about two months now.  I take one pump, rub it between my hands and apply to my hair, starting at the ends.  I work it up the hair too, stopping just shy of my scalp.  My hair routine is quite simple - basically I just apply this, scrunch my hair and let it air dry.  Since adding the argan oil, my curls are more defined and my hair is overall more tidy and healthy looking, with less frizz and fly aways.

I've heard some people talk about not liking the smell of Argan oil, but I have no complaints.  In fact, I actually really like the smell.  It's nutty and a little sweet, but overall, the scent is very mild.  It also disappears within a couple minutes of application. 

I haven't experimented much with using this for skincare yet, although I did try patting a small amount under my eyes last night, in the hopes of helping diminish dark circles.  My undereye area seems brighter today, but I also got extra sleep last night, so it's hard to say if the Argan oilis responsible or not.  I'll have to report back once I've had the chance to test it out some more.

Lastly, I'm also completely sold on Aura Cacia's packaging.  It comes in a lovely amber glass bottle, with a handy pump top.  Both the coloured glass and the pump help your oil to last longer.  The dark glass keeps out light and the pump keeps the oil sanitary and minimizes how much air it is exposed to.  It also dispenses just the right amount of oil and prevents any oily messes.

The Bottom Line: Even though I'm just starting to experiment with Argan oil, I think it's safe to say that it's a great multi-use product to have in your arsenal.  There are tons of different brands out there, at various price points, but as long as you're using a pure, 100% Argan oil, I imagine you can expect similar results from any of them.  I've been really happy with this specific argan oil from Aura Cacia - it works well, is affordable and organic, and I'm quite taken with the packaging too.  A little goes a long way, but when I eventually run out, I can definitely see myself repurchasing it.
